Our Bank workers work flexibly to fill short-term staffing shortages within our organisation. Shifts can be scheduled up to six weeks in advance or at short notice, allowing you to plan ahead or pick up a shift on the day. You can easily book shifts online or via our smartphone app.
You can choose the location and shift patterns that suit your needs and commitments. Work in a single site or across multiple locations—whichever suits you best.
Depending on your experience, roles are available within both physical and mental health settings.

Bank workers are paid hourly: £15.32 to £18.65, depending on NHS experience.
Applicants requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are ineligible for this position.
Completion of the PMVA course is a condition of employment; failure to complete all aspects will prevent you from starting work.
