Banding: Band 5
Location: Clevedon
Rate: £17.50- £28.00 per hour

Pulse Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
  4. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  5. Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  7. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  8. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
