Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RGN) seeking control and flexibility over your shifts?

There is no minimum number of hours required, though working regularly is recommended to maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service. Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends, and can be easily viewed and booked through an app. With just a few taps, you can secure the shifts at Lakefield Neurological Centre that suit you.

Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, along with benefits like free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will provide care for individuals of all ages living with neurological and long-term conditions, including physical disabilities and recovery from traumatic injuries. You will deliver high-quality personal and rehabilitative care, making a real difference to some of the most vulnerable people, in a role that is engaging and rewarding.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour standard shifts. As a bank nurse, you'll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to choose your shifts each week.

Lakefield Neurological Centre is a 22-bed facility providing specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy services for individuals with complex neurological conditions. The centre focuses on neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. Bedrooms are adapted to individual needs, equipped with high dependency equipment, ceiling track hoists, wall-mounted suction, and oxygen supplies. There are well-equipped therapy rooms, spacious lounges, and wheelchair-accessible gardens.
