Role Overview

We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:

Responsibilities

1. Achieve a high standard of care.
2. Lead the care team to deliver outcomes for residents.
3. Maintain effective communication, including accurate reports on residents and updates to the senior care team.
4. Manage wound care.
5. Ensure care procedures follow policy.
6. Order, administer, and record medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
7. Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
8. Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents.
9. Supervise and appraise staff within your team.
10. Implement routine and procedural changes as directed by the Manager.
11. Assess prospective residents.
12. Assist in duty rota management.
13. Conduct internal quality audits.
14. Participate in staff training and development.
15. Support the Manager in working within budget constraints.
