Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role at a care home. You will supervise Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, ensuring dignified, person-centred care for residents.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
