Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Limited is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant to join a caring team at one of our UK care homes. This casual, part-time role focuses on delivering person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity, and supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

You will contribute to clinical areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, while developing your career through ongoing training and flexible working

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Deliver person-centred care while respecting residents' dignity and preferences.
