Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Northallerton is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant to provide flexible, part-time support in our care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering person-centred care to residents and ensuring dignity and comfort in daily routines.

You’ll support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews, with ongoing training opportunities to develop your career.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Clinical care knowledge for the elderly essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Ensure dignity, respect and personalised care for residents.
