Job summary

Advinia is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams in our Wakefield facilities. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to ensure high-quality resident care with dignity and compassion.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and experience in a similar position. We offer ongoing training, career progression, flexible pay, a supportive environment, and uniform provided.

• Ability to lead and develop a care team, promoting high standards of resident care.

Your New Role...

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses orDeputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00
