Advinia in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead our care teams and deliver high quality, person-centred care. Working closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will supervise staff, contribute to care plans and ensure residents' dignity and wellbeing.
Applicants must hold NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent and have experience in a similar role. You should be a strong communicator, a capable team player and able to organise varied daily commitments.

Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
