Advinia is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead our care teams and deliver high-quality resident care with dignity. You will work closely with Nursing staff or Deputy Manager to supervise, develop care plans and ensure CQC standards are met.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and strong people skills. DBS/PVG check is provided; there are training and progression opportunities and a supportive working environment.
