Job summary

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust invites applications for a Bank Radiographer to deliver high-quality imaging across Plain Film, CT, Fluoroscopy and related services. You will join a busy team, participate in seven-day service, and rotate through A&E, outpatient imaging, theatres and dental imaging.

The role requires a BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography and HCPC registration; NHS experience is desirable. You will contribute to CPD, audit, and uphold radiation protection standards under IR(ME)R and

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent; must be registered with the Health Professions Council.
• NHS experience is desirable.
• CT head and neck exams experience; rotate through A&E, outpatient Plain Film, CT, Fluoroscopy, Theatres and Dental Imaging; CPD encouraged.

Responsibilities

• To observe regulations and provide radiographic examinations to a high standard.
• To provide plain film, Fluoroscopy and/or CT service.
• Out of hours, independently prioritise and organise workload to meet demand.
• Participate in clinical audit / CPD and maintain radiation protection under IR(ME)R.
