A leading healthcare institution, University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust, seeks a managerial post within the Women’s Health Directorate. This role entails delivering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, achieving key performance targets, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The successful candidate will lead the management team, oversee service functions, and contribute to quality improvements aligned with NHS guidelines.
The post holder will be a key member of the Women’s Health Directorate Management Team, involved in delivering inpatient, outpatient, and theatre functions to support patient management and flow. The role includes achieving targets, supporting service improvements in line with the NHS plan and the Trust’s Service Improvement Agenda, and helping to meet key performance indicators within the specialty.
