Job summary

Acorns Children's Hospice Trust are looking for qualified bank nurses for our Black Country Hospice, Walsall to assess, plan and deliver holistic care to life-limited and life-threatened children and young people at the hospice.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse registered with NMC.
• Experience in paediatric or hospice settings preferred.
• Ability to plan and deliver holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver holistic care for life-limited and life-threatened children and young people.
• Coordinate with the care team to meet individual patient needs.
• Document care plans and participate in multi-disciplinary reviews.
