Job summary

Field Lane is recruiting a Female Housing Support Worker for our Supported Accommodation Service in London. You will provide safe housing, practical support, and guidance to vulnerable families, helping them build independence and stability.

You will assess referrals, develop support plans, coordinate with external agencies, and maintain records. We value empathy, safeguarding knowledge, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy skills are required.
• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals and families, including those affected by domestic abuse.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Ability to challenge inappropriate behaviour confidently and professionally.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in challenging situations.
• Experience with support planning and understanding needs of vulnerable families.
• Caring, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach.

Responsibilities
