Our first home, KYN BICKLEY, opened in February 2023. It offers 86 bedrooms, communal areas, outdoor terraces overlooking landscaped gardens, and is part of a growing network with three more homes in development.

About The Opportunity
As a BANK Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all rooms and communal areas are clean, tidy, prepared, and presented to the highest standards set out by departmental SOPs.
• Restocking trollies and storing cleaning equipment properly.
• Delivering clean towelling and maintaining linen rooms and trollies.
• Creating a comfortable, cared-for environment for residents and their families.
• Having experience in a similar role.
• Being professional with a proven record of maintaining high standards.
• Having strong communication skills, a polite manner, and attention to detail.
• Being able to work under pressure, flexibly, and consistently.
• Being trustworthy, caring, adaptable, friendly, patient, and striving for excellence.
• Being compassionate, empathetic, kind, and caring.
