Advinia Health Care is seeking dedicated cleaners to join our care home operations in the UK. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards across resident areas, corridors, and public spaces, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff.

The duties include daily and weekly cleaning tasks, waste management, and stocking supplies. We value pride, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach, with induction provided for new staff.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina required for a cleaning role.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to complete induction and training.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of bedrooms, corridors, and public areas to required standard.
• Daily cleaning tasks (empty waste, vacuuming, mopping).
• Clean dining rooms, lounges, lavatories, sinks and taps.
• Spot-clean all floorings; dust and polish fixtures and furnishings.
• Weekly tasks (polishing mirrors, dusting handrails, radiators, furniture).
• Restock toiletries, towels, and supplies as needed.
• Keep storage areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with Linen Room duties when requested.

Your Duties...

• Ensuring sections of bedrooms, corridor and public areas are kept clean and tidy to the
• required standard.
• Daily Cleaning (including but not limited to):
• Emptying waste bins and wiping out.
• Vacuuming throughout and mopping
• Cleaning dining rooms / lounges / lavatories.
• Cleaning taps and sinks.
• Spot cleaning all floorings.
• Weekly Cleaning (including but not limited to):
• Polishing all mirrors.
• Dusting handrails and radiators.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and windowsills.
• Washingfloors.
• Dusting pictures.
• Dusting light bulbs and fittings.
• Restocking toiletries, soaps, towels etc. as and when required.
• Efficient and economical use of supplies provided.
• Assisting with Linen Room duties when requested.
• Keeping storage areas clean and tidy and stocked up at all times.
