What skills do I need?
Teamwork! A happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home.
Experience is not essential; we will provide all necessary training and support. What’s important is that you are caring, enthusiastic, and energetic. Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential. You should also be kind and genuinely interested in older people and their needs, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
