Responsibilities:

• Ordering stock for food preparation and vending machines.
• Managing stock and stock control.
• Checking stock quality and codes.
• Preparing food according to hygiene standards.
• Replenishing vending machines, managing price changes, cleaning, and cash collection.
• Supporting hospitality services.
• Maintaining cleanliness in canteen, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Adhering to food hygiene, HACCP, allergen, and COSHH guidelines.
• Monitoring temperature controls and expiry dates.

Requirements:

• Cooking experience is essential.
• Excellent customer service attitude, friendly personality, team player.
• High presentation standards and ability to serve varied menus.
• Ability to prepare, cook, serve food, and perform cleaning and vending duties.
• Hygiene Certificate preferred.
