Responsibilities

• Ordering stock for food preparation and vending machines.
• Managing and controlling stock levels.
• Checking stock quality and codes.
• Preparing food in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Replenishing and managing vending machines, including price adjustments, cleaning, and cash collection.
• Supporting hospitality services.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the canteen, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Adhering to food hygiene, HACCP, allergen, and COSHH guidelines at all times.
• Monitoring temperature controls and expiry dates.

Requirements

• Cooking experience is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain a high standard of presentation.
• Experience in preparing, cooking, and serving food, along with cleaning duties and vending machine stock management.
• Ideally, a valid Hygiene Certificate.
