Location: Osbern Manor Care Home, 26 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham, GE8 0SW

Hours: 0 hours per week

Pay: £12.60 per hour

What do you need to succeed:

Our Hospitality Assistants support our care teams to provide an exceptional hospitality service, assisting the Head Chef, Reception Teams, Housekeeping, and Lifestyles Team.

This is a crucial position, central to the lives of the people we support and their families, so good people skills are essential alongside strong organizational skills. Previous experience in hospitality and an affinity for care are desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with meal service in resident rooms or dining rooms.
  • Refilling water/drink jugs regularly in resident rooms.
  • Setting up and clearing tables before and after lunch service.
  • Maintaining temperature records of fridges and service stations.
  • Ensuring the Bistro is fully stocked and professional in appearance.
  • Attending to residents' non-care needs, such as opening/closing curtains, changing TV channels, etc.

To be successful, you need to have:
