All beds are contracted to the local Birmingham NHS Trust, with whom we have excellent working relationships.
The aim at Lakeside View is to provide a person-centred and therapeutic environment that promotes collaborative care planning to achieve treatment goals. The clinical team encourages full involvement of the service user, family, and external professionals throughout the stay. They are invited to attend Ward Reviews and CPA meetings to ensure clear communication and promote recovery and safe discharge.
To maximize recovery, interventions include a range of therapeutic approaches combining psychiatric and cognitive-behavioural perspectives with occupational therapy, psychology, leisure, and recreational activities.
