Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Bank Concierge at Rose House in Hartlepool to welcome customers, handle queries, and support young people and vulnerable adults. The role focuses on building relationships, delivering life-skills support, and maintaining safety and security in a community setting.

The position offers flexible hours on an as-needed basis with a competitive hourly rate and access to discounts, wellbeing plans, and development opportunities within a supportive, not-for-profit

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.
  • Ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Confident using IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and direct queries as the first point of contact
  • Build positive relationships and support customers to develop life skills
  • Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
  • Help organise and run occasional social activities
  • Carry out basic health and safety checks and maintain security
