Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Chester is seeking a Bank Concierge to join our retirement community team. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, directing queries, supporting daily living skills, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This on-site, on-call role offers opportunities to develop customer service skills, health and safety responsibilities, and engagement through social activities, with training provided and a focus on person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people or vulnerable adults incl. mental health needs.
• Experience working under challenging circumstances.
• Good communication and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and direct all customer queries
• Develop relationships with customers and help them develop life skills
• Handle occasional emergency/challenging situations
• Go above and beyond to provide excellent service
• Occasionally organise and run social activities
• Health and safety responsibilities (e.g. fire safety checks)
• Ensure the security of the service
• Write and update customer notes

Your role:

Your Skills:

• Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
• Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use IT systems confidently
