You will lead the team, supervise staff, support their development, and ensure they understand their role's importance. Effective communication will be key in liaising with colleagues and other departments. Your passion for service excellence will be evident.

Key duties include effective communication, supervising food production and service, managing cleaning operations, staff management, performance monitoring, rotas, training, cash handling, reporting safety issues, and equipment management.
