We’re currently looking to recruit a Catering Supervisor to primarily support the manager in delivering breakfast and deli bar service– preparing and cooking breakfast, handling customer purchases and clearing down at the end of the service, showing product knowledge and passion for what is being served. You will make sure all customers receive a friendly, efficient service and that all service areas are clean, tidy and safe.

You will be committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and remain calm and positive even when it gets busy.You will also help with the cleaning and re-stocking of vending machines and other equipment, cooking, washing up, stock control, preparing meeting rooms for events, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks across the operation to support your manager, your team, and our client.

As an Apleona Catering Supervisor, we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar role
• An understanding of health and safety in a catering environment
• Supervisory experience
• Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.

In return we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You may already have a food hygiene qualification so please let us know in your application.
