Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a Catering Assistant at Wylesfield, Llandrindod Wells. The role involves working alongside the chef to prepare nutritious meals and keep the kitchen running smoothly. You will help ensure cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards are met while supporting the catering team.

The position is a bank 0 hour contract, As/When needed, with weekends included, at the Wylesfield Residential Home. Training and opportunities to grow within the company are offered.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Support kitchen operations and safe working practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Preparing hot meals, sandwiches and light refreshments when required.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic.
• Cleaning food preparation areas and kitchen equipment.
• Clearing tea trolleys where applicable.
• Managing kitchen waste and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Following food hygiene, Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Working as part of a supportive and friendly catering team.
