Bank Catering Assistant

Renacres Hospital, part of the Ramsay Health Care Group, is looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team.

The Role

Reporting to the Catering Supervisor, you will provide a high standard of catering service as part of the support services team. Experience is not essential as training will be provided. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. If you possess excellent communication and customer service skills, seek a challenge, and are versatile, this role offers development opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Obtain food and beverage orders from patients, staff, and visitors
• Assist in the preparation and service of food
• Clean all areas of the catering department daily to the standard
• Understand and adhere to current health and hygiene regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (training provided if not already held)
• Willingness to work positively with a team
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Keen eye for detail
