Essex Cares (ECL) is recruiting Care Assistants into its reablement service to help people regain skills at home. You will support customers to relearn personal care, mobility and meal preparation so they can live independently.

The role is community-based and involves traveling around the Basildon area. It offers 16 to 30 hour contracts on early and late shifts, with every other weekend worked and a visa sponsorship ban for applicants needing sponsorship.

Qualificações

• Enhanced DBS check
• Right to work in the UK without needing visa sponsorship
• Full driving licence

Responsabilidades

• Help customers relearn everyday skills such as personal care, mobility and preparing meals
• Support customers to regain their independence and continue living in their own home
• Travel between customers around Basildon and the surrounding area
• Work alongside a mentor after induction until confident in the role
