Dovebourne in Hatton, DE65 5PT, is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents on a nightly basis. Responsibilities include personal care, preparing residents for the night, assisting with meals, and maintaining records in a busy care home environment.

You will be part of a supportive team, with induction training, DBS checks funded, and walk-in shifts across days and nights. Sponsorship is not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• Friendly, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide best possible care and emotional support to residents nightly.
• Assist with personal care and getting residents ready for the night.
• Support with meals and nutrition for residents.
• Maintain and update residents' records accurately.
• Keep the home clean, pleasant and welcoming at all times.
• Be an active and supportive member of the care team, assisting in meetings and helping new staff.
• Cover shifts as available: 7am-2:30pm, 8am-8pm, 2:30pm-10pm, 8pm-8am.
