Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant at Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth to support residents with compassionate care and daily living tasks. You will help with personal care, social activities and dignity-driven service in a warm, patient-centered environment.

Training is provided, and the role covers day, night and weekend shifts on a zero-hours contract, with opportunities for development and benefits through Agincare.

Qualifications

• Prior care experience is required for this role.
• Zero hour contract and requires availability for day, night and weekend shifts.
• Must have at least 12 months right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
