Job summary

Agincare’s Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth is seeking a dedicated Bank Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, and social activities. This zero-hour contract role offers flexible day, night and weekend shifts, with comprehensive training provided to help you deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

You will work as part of a caring team to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, while recording medications and supporting residents in meaningful moments.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is required.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor).
• Bank shift pattern including day, night and weekend hours.
