Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to participate in social engagement, delivering person-centred care within a team. The role emphasizes dignity, independence and wellbeing, and requires prior care home experience.

Shifts include day, night and weekend work. Bank shifts offer flexibility to cover various hours. Training is funded up to QCF Level 5, with additional benefits such as a Refer-a-Friend bonus and pension access.

• Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8am
