Job summary

Agincare in England is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, administer medications, and deliver meaningful, person-centred care. You will work as part of a compassionate team to promote dignity and independence.

We offer 36 hours per week with day and night shifts, alternate weekends, and a range of benefits including funded training up to QCF Level 5, Refer-a-Friend bonuses, pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in care is required.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Training provided.

Opportunities Available:

• Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week to cover a mixture of day and night shifts to include working alternative weekends - day shifts are from 8am to 8pm and night shifts are from 8pm to 8am
• Bank Care Assistant with the flexibility to work as and when required to include, day, night and weekend shifts.
• Previous experience working in care is required for this role
