Welford Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents at Eastfield Nursing Home, Liss. This BANK role offers training, development, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in daily living and well-being. You will work with a friendly team, provide personal care, assist during meals, and help residents stay independent.

Flexibility is important, with weekend work and the ability to use IT and devices as part of daily care tasks. DBS and uniform are provided.

Formación

• We are seeking a compassionate person with a love for helping others.
• No experience required; full training and ongoing development provided.
• Good written and verbal communication and people skills.
• Team players who can work flexibly, including alternate weekends.
• Ability to use IT, electronic devices and/or computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and take part in social and recreational activities for residents.
• Assist with residents' personal care and mealtimes.
• Provide support to help residents maintain independence.
• Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care.
• Maintain accurate records.
