Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for a care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to support residents with daily living, companionship and personalised care.

You will help residents enjoy each day and provide high-quality support as part of a dedicated team. With a can-do approach and excellent communication, you’ll follow care plans, aid meals, provide one-to-one time and help create a warm, safe home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
