Job summary

Welford Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant at Vale View Heights in Sidmouth. You will support residents with daily activities, personal care and meals, while helping them maintain independence. Training is provided, and the role offers full inductions and career development opportunities.

Flexibility is valued; shifts include days, nights or bank, with weekend work. IT skills and good communication help you collaborate with the team and residents for dignified, compassionate care.

Hours: Days, Nights or Bank - 22, 33 or 44 per week
Location: Vale View Heights, Fortescue Road, Sidmouth, EX10 9QG
