Welford Healthcare is seeking caring Bank Care Assistants for Eastfield Nursing Home in Liss. You will support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity while participating in social and recreational events.

Full training and ongoing development are provided, with the chance to gain qualifications and grow within the company. A kind personality and good communication skills are valued for teamwork and patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t required, but a kind personality is.
• Good written/verbal communication and people skills.
• Able to work well in a team and be flexible.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organise and take part in social and recreational activities.
• Assist with residents' personal care and mealtimes.

Location: Eastfield Nursing Home, Hill Brow Road, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 7PS
