Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant at Rubislaw Park Care Home in Aberdeen. You will support residents with daily living, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans to ensure safety and dignity.

Full training and ongoing development are provided within a supportive team. The role is open to experienced carers or those new to care, with PVG paid and uniform provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living including personal care and mobility needs.

• Follow care plans, monitor changes in condition and report them promptly.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Job description

We are an award-winning care home and nursing facility, based in Aberdeen's West End. We deliver exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for up to 86-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to Bank hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform provided

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
