Job summary

Rubislaw Park Care Home in Aberdeen's West End provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 86 residents. As a Care Assistant you will support daily living with dignity, independence and wellbeing, following care plans to provide safe and compassionate care.

This Bank role offers day and night shifts with full training and ongoing development. We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience; SVQ Level 2 is desirable. PVG and uniform provided.

We are an award-winning care home and nursing facility, based in Aberdeen’s West End. We deliver exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for up to 86-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to Bank hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform provided

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
