Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust seeks Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join the Out of Hours service on a bank basis, offering ad hoc shifts across Harrogate, Ripon, Northallerton and Catterick. The role covers weekday 6pm–8am, with 24-hour cover from 6pm Friday to 8am Monday plus bank holidays.

You will perform telephone triage, see patients in the primary care centre, and undertake home visits where clinically appropriate, assessing, diagnosing, treating or referring

• Advanced clinical practitioner with experience in primary care.
• Ability to perform telephone triage and triage assessments.
