Job summary

Practice Plus Group is recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner for its Out of Hours service across Warwickshire. The role focuses on urgent assessment and treatment for patients when GP services are closed, with referrals coming from 111, paramedics, district nursing teams, and AED/MIU pathways.

We offer flexible sessions across multiple sites (Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Shipston-on-Stour) and a range of perks.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in urgent care or out-of-hours settings preferred.
• Ability to assess and manage urgent, unscheduled cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat urgent, unscheduled cases in the OOH setting.
• Coordinate care with patients, 111 referrals, and AED/MIU pathways.
• Work across Warwickshire sites as required and deliver safe, compassionate care.
