Job summary

Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital is seeking an Administrator (Bank) to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle administration, data input, and general office tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Input and update data in relevant systems.
  • Respond to enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  • Prepare and compile reports, documents, and presentations.

Salary £12.84 per hour

Contract: Ad hoc | Part time

You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.
