Job summary

Circle Business Services at Cheadle is seeking a Bank-Shift Business Services Associate to support the Credit Control team. The role is an on-call position covering busy periods, holidays, and absences, paying £12.71 per hour.

You will process invoices, ensure proper coding and approval, and provide timely responses to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Strong Excel and financial system experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using financial systems and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments.
• Match, code and authorise invoices per policy.
• Provide management information reports.
• Assist suppliers and internal stakeholders with queries.
• Maintain relationships across Finance and Business Services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits.
• Support continuous improvement of Accounts Payable processes.
