Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead to lead the Deafness Pathway in Redbridge. The role supports children 0-18 with deafness and speech, language and communication needs across community, clinic and education settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC.
• Experience in leadership or senior SLT roles is essential.
• Ability to work across community, clinic and education settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Deafness Pathway.
• Deliver highly specialist assessment and intervention for children with hearing loss.
• Collaborate with families, education staff and other professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Support early intervention and address inequalities in Redbridge.
