Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist Lead to provide clinical leadership for CAMHS SLT teams in Stanley and Sedgefield, working with children and young people up to 18 years old.

The role involves leading language assessments, reporting on complex presentations, and contributing to pathway development and service improvement within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership experience in SLT or CAMHS
• Experience supervising and developing SLT teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for CAMHS SLT teams in Stanley and Sedgefield.
• Carry out specialist SLT assessments and produce comprehensive reports for complex presentations.
• Provide consultation, training and support to the wider team and partner agencies.
