Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a senior Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join the leadership team in Ealing. The role focuses on clinical leadership, operational management and the strategic development of a universal-to-specialist SLT service across community sites and schools.

You will work with Education, Social Care and Local Authority colleagues to implement SEND reforms and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in paediatric Speech and Language Therapy with leadership responsibilities.
• Commitment to continual professional development and research-informed practice.
• Ability to lead service development, redesign and multi-agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational management for the paediatric SLT service.
• Line management, recruitment and workforce planning within the Children's SLT team.
• Develop partnerships with education, social care and health to deliver integrated care.
• Lead on quality improvement, service transformation and CQC readiness within the Ealing service.
• Collaborate with Local Authority and other agencies to plan and implement SEND reforms.
