Sutton Health and Care is recruiting a Band 6 Specialist Neuro Occupational Therapist to provide community neuro services across Sutton. The role involves independent patient assessments, goal-directed interventions and working within an MDT to support adults with neurological conditions.

Visits will be in patients’ homes, care homes and clinics, requiring travel across the borough. Flexible and part‑time arrangements may be available, with remote working as part of the service model.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy degree and HCPC registration.
• RCOT membership and specialist RCOT section.
• Post‑graduate experience in adult neuro/community.
• Experience of MDT working in community settings.

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat adults with neurological conditions in community settings.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver interventions.
• Visit patients at home, care homes and clinics, traveling across the borough.
