Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care within the community setting under the team lead.
• Supervise and deploy nursing staff as appropriate within the clinical setting.
• Facilitate educational programmes and training in collaboration with Learning and Development.
• Support service development to improve patient-focused, research-based practice.
• Collaborate with PCN colleagues and wider Surrey Downs Health & Care objectives.
• Drive improvements in care delivery within Cobham and Oxshott PCN.
