Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurses to join our team and work at Warrington & Halton NHS FT. Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people, assess and plan care, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • Paediatric nursing qualification (RN Child).
  • Previous experience working within a paediatric setting.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child-focused care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual patient needs.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with Trust policies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.
  • Communicate effectively with children and their families, offering reassurance, education, and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control policies.
  • Access to a dedicated consultant for ongoing support and advice.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Pay Rates: £16-£28 per hour

Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurses to join our team and work at Warrington & Halton NHS FT. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to children and young people in a supportive clinical environment.

PAYE rates are £16.00 per hour for days, £21.00 for nights and Saturdays, and £24.00 for Sundays and bank holidays, or Umbrella rates are £19.00 per hour for days, £24.00 for nights and Saturdays, and £28.00 for Sundays and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
