Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 5 Accident & Emergency (A&E) nurse to join our team in Hull. This role offers NHS-standard responsibilities in a fast-paced ED, with opportunities for professional development and flexible shift patterns.

Pay is £17.00–£33.00 per hour (PAYE), with umbrella rates at £20.00–£33.00 per hour. Weekly pay, holiday pay, and multiple payment options are available. Registration with the NMC and DBS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration.
• Minimum of 6 months' recent A&E experience within the last 12 months.
• Ability to provide two professional references covering the previous 3 years.
• Compliance with DBS and Occupational Health clearance requirements.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within a busy Accident & Emergency department.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergency conditions.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and safe patient care.

Pulse Nursing is seeking skilled and experienced Accident & Emergency nurses to join our team at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

As an A&E nurse, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care. PAYE rates are £17.00 per hour for days, £23.00 for nights and Saturdays, and £29.00 for Sundays and bank holidays, or Umbrella rates are £20.00 per hour for days, £26.50 for nights and Saturdays, and £33.00 for Sundays and bank holidays.
